Overview
CollaHeal™ Pads are composed of cross-linked bovine type-I collagen. Each sterile, single-use 2″ × 2″ pad presents a porous matrix that draws in drainage and, on hydration, settles into a soft, conformable gel sheet across the wound surface. Because the dressing is biodegradable, there is nothing to peel away at the next change. In the Mohs post-op kit it is the collagen used for a closed wound.

Clinical Indications
Post-operative Mohs wounds that have been closed, as part of the HealCore Mohs post-op kit.
Considerations
Not for use with known bovine collagen sensitivity, third-degree burns, or actively infected wounds.
