Silicone Foam Dressing

CuraFoam™

Four-layer fluid management with a silicone touch — reposition, reapply, and protect without trauma.

CuraFoam™ — Silicone Foam Dressing

Overview

CuraFoam™ is built as a system: a gentle silicone contact layer, a super-absorbent pad, a polyurethane foam body, and a waterproof yet vapor-permeable outer film. Together they move drainage away from the wound while holding moisture balance steady — and because the silicone interface lifts and re-seats without losing grip, clinicians can inspect and reposition the same dressing rather than sacrificing it. Shaped formats serve heels, elbows, and the sacrum; Extra and Lite thicknesses match drainage to construction.

Distinctions

  • Four-layer construction with dynamic fluid management
  • Silicone interface repositions without losing adhesion
  • Waterproof, vapor-permeable outer barrier
  • Anatomic shapes for heel, elbow, and sacrum
  • Extra and Lite thicknesses for varied drainage

Clinical Indications

Pressure ulcers; leg and foot ulcers; traumatic and surgical wounds; donor sites; skin tears; first- and second-degree burns; dry or necrotic wounds in combination with gels.

Considerations

Not for use with known sensitivity to dressing components.
