Overview
CuraSil™ is the quiet workhorse of atraumatic wound care: a soft, perforated silicone mesh that seats gently on the surrounding skin without adhering to the moist wound bed itself. Its open structure passes drainage through to a secondary dressing, so the contact layer can remain undisturbed across changes — sparing new epithelium and sparing the patient. It conforms to difficult contours and works cleanly alongside hydrogels and negative pressure systems.

Clinical Indications
Pressure and diabetic ulcers; venous and arterial leg ulcers; post-surgical wounds; donor sites; abrasions; first- and second-degree burns.

Not for use with known silicone sensitivity.
