Ultrasound MIST Therapy — Advanced Therapy · Qoustic Wound Therapy System™

Overview

The Qoustic Wound Therapy System™ (Arobella Medical) delivers 35 kHz low-frequency ultrasound through a fine saline mist, debriding nonviable tissue and disrupting bacterial biofilm without instrument contact. The acoustic energy stimulates cellular activity, improves local circulation, and calms inflammation — an FDA-cleared modality (K062544, K131096) for wounds from diabetic foot ulcers to osteomyelitis. Treatment courses typically run up to three sessions weekly over two or more weeks at physician direction.
