PostSil™

Overview

PostSil™ layers a CuraSil™-grade silicone interface, an absorbent core, and a waterproof outer film into a single self-adherent post-operative dressing. Drainage passes through the gentle contact layer into the core, which distributes fluid to maintain balanced moisture over the incision; the outer film keeps water and contaminants out while remaining breathable. At removal, the silicone releases from skin without the pull and trauma of conventional adhesives.
